I’m Deepak Arasu, a Product Design Leader with over two decades of experience building enterprise platforms across healthcare, cybersecurity, fintech, and industrial systems. I lead design for AI-powered platforms, enterprise SaaS products, and complex multi-stakeholder ecosystems, focusing on problems where decisions are high-stakes, systems are deeply interconnected, and user experience directly impacts outcomes.

My approach combines systems thinking to understand how everything connects, product thinking to align user needs with business impact, and AI-first design to move beyond interfaces into intelligent, adaptive systems. I believe the future of design is not about screens, but about orchestrating systems that think, adapt, and assist humans better.

Over the years, I’ve led design for AI-assisted robotic surgery platforms, improved enterprise workflows by up to 75%, increased product satisfaction to NPS 9+, scaled teams from 2 to 40+ designers, and delivered 40+ products across global markets.

I’m driven by complex, ambiguous, and high-impact problems—especially where AI can reduce cognitive load, improve decision-making, and create entirely new product experiences. Beyond my core work, I actively share insights on AI design patterns, product thinking, and the future of UX, while building AI micro-SaaS products that explore how small, intelligent systems can create outsized impact.
